Something I wish I was doing more often: going for a walk in the forest.
Here is a scenario: you don’t have a certain direction where you are heading, rather just wandering around. It isn’t particularly entertaining: all there is are just a bunch of trees. As you walk on, there’s really nothing to focus on, as a result, you are getting lost in your thoughts.
Then suddenly you run into a stream and decide to stop. The view makes you pause the walk: catching a brief sight of sunbeams and looking at the way how everything slowly fades into the foggy distance. For a quick moment, you are being completely present.
